-Plaza/Louvre Accord is a coerced currency treaty to fund imperialism
This section will try to address some world woes.
Of the worst evils that still plague the world, or at least Japan's economies, this facade of a treaty would generally detail a need to depreciate the U.S. dollars and European currencies from terrible wars/fiascos like the 1979 oil crisis. This treaty is too old for its time, ceasefire/peacekeeping has failed with this funding.
How about Japan's asset price bubble? What does it mean for the island nation? We can usually attribute the loan with temporary zero interest rates as the great confounder, the cause for the seemingly permanent recession. Back to the predatory agreement, Japan was placed with currency exchange rate rules. All it has to do, is to avoid getting penalized with such policies. Okay, then how does one explain the rising inflation rate? Something must be buying disinvestment currencies for some reason, I say there must be an imperial apparatus to enforce the unwanted purchase. If someone points out possible looting/plunder/compellence (coercive diplomacy), the narrative assumed that Japan consciously bought the overtaxed currencies without duress and with its own free will. We don't really know the details about the Plaza/Louvre Accord, all we know is that they involve wars and extraction of funds by conquest. Even then, no proof of ceasefire/peace is achieved with them. If the funds were for a specific holdout for oil crisis, why do European countries need them too? It's a empire mentality that some people are willing to die for. Verdict would be against incitement/self-victimization, which does not include designated/representative actors in my bottom rant article.
Deja vu has come again, with similar Cold War scenarios. I would predict that U.S./NATO is going to try to get even more war funds with self-justification. Russia/Iran will take steps to stop this finance leak with 'do not pass go, do not collect $200' policies against related bankers. In the meantime, Japan and anyone within its vicinities/instances, must consider these appeasements with caution. That includes hostility against Japan. Who knows if empires think they can commit quartering/occupation/searches/seizures (without reason)? Puppets/agents can serve their misconducts. If necessary, one may act to resist against trespassing/aggression, or be horseshit poverty stories. Let us remember that the counterculture of the 1960s were not just anti-war, nuclear disarmament, and peace movements, it was a message for the world and you. Lest there be conscriptions, espionage, sabotage, blockades, economic warfare, terrorism, the list goes on and on. Shit gets too real, too real for true peace.

There were/are people supporting non-victim(ized) killer(s) of Richard Stallman. Killer(s) wanted money from a hobby project, when it by de facto, as is. Hobby project ain't a cash cow, people should known that as hard cold fact.
Killer was some retarded lady who thought about easy money. Shot Richard Stallman just because he's running a charity more than business. Easy come, easy dead. There might been conspirators as well. Supporters, blind as they be, have a sign for things to come. If there is a definitely noticable difference in regards to tech economies, it means that tech markets don't want to be in Richard Stallman's shoes. I don't really want to voice out such concerns, but it's best for South Korea and Japan to resolve differences with Richard Stallman's groups. Cutting liabilities/losses would be a start.
Killer's options may silence/censor witnesses, remove (free software movement and judicial) obstacles, incite violence, induce imminent lawless action, and commit more crimes. It's unfortunate that the first incident may closely align with 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which could be a convenient catalyst for a cover up. Loyalty is not guaranteed anyways. I am more keen about straw purchase, loitering, solicitation, and trespassing, but recognize that incitement and imminent lawless action, are criminal acts that may influence abuse of power and political repression.

Usually, I try to avoid this type of rant, but unfortunately, public policies are being disturbed by possible corruption and cover-ups. The effect is so prevalent, that uninvolved people are being roped in to what should be an isolated incident. Every department is being bogged down by defunding, stalling, and delays. It is up to us, to be the (constitutional) jury of this criminal pandemic, which is worse than COVID-19.
While the case of Jeffrey Epstein is considered "fresh", this sex offender had a criminal record since his teaching career. There is no proof for his interest in nuclear physics, but it was a Cold War norm. After teaching, he entered the finance business. Then, he worked as a consultant or bounty hunter, not posse comitatus, to recover/embezzled funds. Talk about a 50/50. Wouldn't be surprised if he embezzled for himself. These acts would cement his image as a henchman for Ikey Solomon or Fagin archtypes. It's a shame that he didn't worked for credit bureaus and FTC.
If his career path wasn't suspicious enough, he would have his hands tied with Adnan Khashoggi, an uncle of Jamal Khashoggi. Both of them were dead before Epstein.
After the government contract, he worked Ponzi schemes for a client. Afterwards, he worked with Bath & Body Works, Inc. and Victoria's Secret. That's when his sex crimes began. When the authorities arrested him for such felonies, he researched surveillance. Results were incrimination and blackmail for smear campaigns. Of course, he wanted to cover up future sex crimes.
Maria Farmer, Virginia Giuffre, and Ruslana Korshunova, are (likely) victims of Jeffrey Epstein. Virginia was the most vocal in protest, died in a stated suicide. No trial of foul play was heard, despite the fact that Epstein chased and harassed her after her ordeal. While I can't find evidence of rape, the number of victims and concealment regards him as a apex predator. As for Ruslana, cut hair, broken neck, and broken arms, do not always indicate suicide. An ambush could produce convenient results. I say that Ruslana could be an profilic Russian insider that may compromise Epstein's crimes. One does not have to sympathize with victims, but with diplomacy, it's an good idea to practice good faith.
Adding fuel to the fire? Epstein was friends with Harvey Weinstein, who was convicted of rape, or something like that. New York courts are to only judge by state/territorial jurisdiction.

Okay, so we got it, we got a high roller profile rapist/trafficker, whose cunning parallels a mastermind. In addition, he did have some Cold War traits to look out for. This guy purchased Zorro Ranch, a place in New Mexico. The state was also involved with the Manhattan Project. Most of the western desert U.S.A. states have a history of nuclear bomb testing prior/during the Cold War. Testing also includes Bikini Atoll and the like. I want to prove that his teaching career was the cause for the Zorro Ranch purchase, but it is not evidience of any illegal nuclear experiments, yet. However, any matter of intelligence and surveillance that moves without authority, is an indicator of secrey (just like the Unification Church [okay, he's more like an assassin/terrorist, but he's pretty good for playing off as a domestic threat]).
What else? The only confirmed thing is Epstein picked up interest in artificial intelligence and genetic engineering. I don't know what artificial intelligence does, per se, but it does sound like computer science. The goal is probably to make robots, invest in finance, or identify cyber law enforcement. The genetic part delves in 20 pregancies at a time on Zorro Ranch. Maybe, Epstein was just trying to make bound sex slaves. Then again, cults may find Epstein as an resourceful accomplice.
One rumor is about him stockpiling guns and ammo like a crazy prepper. Who knows if he is building an army or conducting illegal experiments? Another rumor claims that he's digging tunnels for new aquifers. Probably for his family, but then again, a nuclear reactor would require plenty of (heavy) water. I don't think that his compound is a complete facility, but Cold War mentality is present as fallout (not like "On the Beach" movie, but it's still there).

Supposedly back in the Cold War, both UN and (Pacific region/block of) communist countries, decided to agree on at least a cease-fire agreement. It was after World War 2 and people need to figure out where to go after the harrowing years. However, there was much thought about how World War 2 came a bit too quickly after World War 1. Something must be done. No effort was spared to peacekeeping if not demilitarization for peaceful purposes. The South Korean government at that time, refuse to abide to cease-fire, disrupting peacekeeping campaigns for the Pacific front. It didn't even negotiate for a revision! It was up to the American occupational forces to enforce the policy in some way. Somehow, a coup managed oust the United States. There is only assumption that South Korea sought unification by imperial means, an ambition not too far from the former Japanese empire.
It could have ended there, but some guy named Sun Myung Moon, founded a religion as a influence operation front. The religion's name is called 'Unification Church/movement', but the shorthand name is moonie. He made some claim about being the true Christian prophet, emphasizing that South Korea is the holy word of God. Of course, Adolf Hitler could say the very same thing for Nazi Germany and its dictation over the Christian faith as well! The anti-Christ of moon is said to be North Korea and Satanic forces are said to be communism. Moon plans for 'holy war' against North Korea. These facts are enough to accuse of Sieg heil association. Moon knew of this process, so he made another false claim about his religion being a automatic faith of peace and love. All could have ended there. It happens that Moon also establishes far right new presses around the world. That fact is shrouded by his religion front. I don't think he annouced his newspapers as religious scriptures, but hey, all he need is the holy status, to transcend above the law. Yes, the newspapers are campaigns to declare war of conquest against communism. I already don't think it's right, but there's more to seal the deal.
One of those newspapers is called 'The Washington Times'. Established around 1982, its location is best suited to influence lawmakers of Washington DC, the very federal captial of the United States. War propaganda could be possible if given secured footing. Of course, there are other controversies than a Nazi agenda. The newspaper published neo-Nazis support and incites action against Central and South America. As if the Cuban missile crisis isn't bad enough, Moon wanted to be the next JFK. Brinkmanship didn't ended on the American region. KAL 906 almost ignited a war between NATO and USSR. KAL 007 almost ignited a war between Russia and South Korea/Japan. Pretty queer faggot stuff for a moonie. Whoever this asshole was or is, needs to be locked down with the same peacekeeping measures of the post WW2 era. Maybe even internment camps would do. Of course, Moon got his moonie followers to continue on the war path. That includes the Sanctuary Church schism with gun ritual controveries. In today's age, or at least around Obama's/Trump's presidency, the Black Lives Matter (yes, there's Soon Ja Du too, she's probably a moonie who read and loved too much The Washington Times) unrest provoked both protesters and counter-protesters against one another. As much as I enjoy freedom myself, I can see that the nation is being divided, placed under strain. Maybe there is too much emphasis of what the United States can do on a international level. After all, it is one nations among many. Anyways, a societal collapse, than a government shutdown, is possible, even though the issues are civil rights movements. Can't say if the civil rights movements are organized, but each tree has its roots.
Solution? Well, I would opt to decommission 'The Washington Times' along with any moonie facilities/activities threatening the United States. Yes, moonies are like the McCarthyism with the Red Scare campaigns. In fact, the two entities are syncing coincidentally in time frame! Must be deliberate. Man, McCarthy must be a moonie! For a bunch of anti-communists, these moonies sure know how to subvert and usurp the American system. Surprise attack? Friend or foe? Tora Tora Tora? You decide. Anyways, at the least, the newspaper needs to be replaced with American influence. If we all want the ultimate peaceful solution, we all need to bring back the Korean Armistice Agreement or any remainder of cease-fire to South Korea as prerequisite to diplomacy. There would be no point to cease-fire if the most important piece doesn't stand with the rest of cooperative peacekeeping members/participants. It's like trying to talk to Adolf Hitler. Just remember to bring the peacekeeping ultimatum.
Oh yeah, for more cult references, p'ikareum is a controversial religious practice in some new religious movements of Korea. That's of Korea, not in Korea. That means it's a practice that could be done outside of Korea. The practice involves female followers to submit to the ritual sexual intercourse as ordained by the messianic leader of the movement. Then the spouse of the victim would/can have sex with the victim. This practice is obviously an excuse for religious leaders and spouses to rape or sexually abuse vulnerable female victims without fear of repercussion from reports by victims. Of course, whether the practice is a conspiracy set by either leader, spouse, or both persons, it is a possible accompliceship. That's two criminals versus one victim, how's that for fair? So much manipulation, so much control. Moon himself was arrested in 1950s Korea for sexual rituals. How this guy got off the hook for so long? Anyways, the moonie movement is just one of the many new religious movements of Korea. Asides from the sickening nature of this practice, the potential of popping out babies would allude that this practice promotes manpower for a war machine, especially when combined with moonie holy war ideology of Korean unification. Of course, for short term benefit, popping out babies is a potential for draining the child care assistance program funding with fraud while child neglect and switching out names for foster parents. We're gonna need a background check against p'ikareum and any instance of popping out babies for child care assistance check fraud. That goes for any holy moonie war radicalism too.

Since the Russo-Ukrainian War, Russian WW2 and Cold War sentiments about her neighbors reached new heights. Possible war scenarios grows into near paranoid levels. Compromises are met with contingencies. I am prepared to publicate that the Unification Church could be a front, code word, or source of dubious Ukrainian activities. No doubt that these two groups have plenty of Cold War history. No doubt that there is a chance of collaboration. Willingness to pair off with former Axis sources has been noted. That said, there's no taking chances for a Axis puppet move. Moonies are considered a group with secret activities, but there were records about hiring former Nazis to attempt Axis coups against Latin America during the Cold War. The result would be subconscious immigration to stop Axis subjugation. If moonies are willing to go Nazis far to expand their presence, then what are the chances that they are willing to fight for Ukraine? I'll give you a hint, those former Nazis have WW2 history with Ukraine. And that's my conclusion on that Unification Church equals Ukraine. Put a spotlight on this secret group whenever possible, the shadows are their greatest assets.

I been hearing plenty of noise regarding urgency about South Korean (or [discreetly] Japanese) promotion that generally, or rather should I say, vaguely request for assistance. I don't know if this is just a request for (mutual) economic cooperation/aid, but it certainly feels very parasitic, or even imperialistic, by transition. If there is a point to trade in order to promote peace and stability throughtout the region, I am sure that other involved participants would also wish to align for the same goals. But if this is a fight for gain (like a war of conquest) at the expense of others, there are deterrence and penalities for such criminal acts.
And then there's these calls against Muslims like they are the primary direct threats against South Korea and Japan. Since when are such threats? Or is this just political relations riff-raff for coalition promotion and diplomacy? There should be no such calls in the first place.
If their hearts are in the right place, and that they actually and truly care for their country, they should know that what hurts their neighbors, will also affect them as well. Remember and adhere to the Golden Rule. This principle applies to historical, religious, secular, and other contexts. The concept may also include Hammurabi's "eye for an eye" mirror punishment.

Rather than placing themselves as the center/religion of the world, they would reap what they sow. Talking and starting shit, especially of this proportion, should have been the last thing on their minds. If they fucking care about thriving, they should consider their regional neighbors with a peaceful and/or neutral mindset. Abusing fear appeal in order to obstruct justice is near equivalent of escaping the war tribunals. I understand that there's a sense of defense, but there is also a sense of justice. These are soothsayers who deserve to have their tongues cut off, for they attempt to impersonate and/or usurp law and order. In order to represent peace and stability as priority, diplomacy with Russia Far East, Northeast Asia, and Manchuria, would been in their best future interest. And if there is said Soviet victory? Well, at the least, the contingency plan of diplomacy has already been instated for the countries in question. It's a uphill battle going with agression and war of conquest. Why not give peace with Northeast Asia a try? The term, Manchuria, said to be be a part of Japanese colonism. Nevertheless, I believe that there are other historical interactions with the region. Why deny such facts? Who knows, maybe there will be peace and stability, even economies, with such policies.
And those calls about Muslims. What's up with that? Asia have Muslims, that's a fact. China have Hui people, which is a near equivalent to Russia have Chechen people. The two groups deal with Turkic people. They have political relations/issues with China, Russia, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Yes, people know about the Teheranno diplomacy. I am not sure what kind of religious conflicts will ensue, but nevertheless, just as a future reference, it's probably best to maintain cool with Russian, Chinese, and Arab variants. Usually, the three interact with one another as a fact of life. That's just how it is. Why bother pick up a fight when there is no need to anyways? Being convenient can be a cool thing.
